A Question for anyone... Youve recently moved to a new city, with plenty of drugs in it, but u dont know ANYONE. How would u go about finding a dealer who sells 8ths 16ths and q's? Hang about outside the needle exchange? My tratment agency? (Feels wrong asking folk in there dont it?). Any advice or tips appreciated

Dublin up date, bash, bash & more bash!! There is "good bash" going around, but its still bash, & its double the price!!!! If people stop buying it then maybe dealers will stop bashing it!! There are plenty of reports of proper H in the UK, so we should have some at this stage too. But anything that comes into Ireland is being danced on!!

Watch out for people selling 'Rocket Fuel' coz they are most likely just selling crap, they will just try to rip you off!! I know people in Dublin that have been using for over 30 tears & they can't score, so if they can't its unlikely that many people can!

There was a genuine report on Bluelight about 2 weeks ago of a bloke that came across proper pre drought gear in Dublin, it was CRAZY expensive!!! It was been sold for €250 for 1 gram (or he may have said €350 for 1 gram, i'm not sure?) Its crazy money, but i'd rather score proper H one night rather then score bash for 4 nights!!

Hang on in there everyone, things have to pick up soon, people have been able to score more regularly over the last two weeks in Dublin, but from what i hear is just 'good bash.' Screw that!! I'm not going to bother scoring again until this poxey drought is over!!! @gavb well i was in town few days ago and i saw about 4 or 5 people running up to a guy so i went over there to see what the story is and it turned out that guy was selling oxcontyin tablets anyway i didnt hear anything about good gear comin in but rumour has it that it will be in the country real soon but i refuse to believe it until i hear good report comin in. please be prepare, its going to take a long time for thing to get back to normal im afraid! im really fuck off about shitty gear still going around so im definitely not going to pay silly price for crap stuff to those wankers!!!

Benzo's have been kicking my ass for 15 years. I'm on 22mg diaz and 20mg mogadon . When i was 1st given em i didn't even really no what they were n how addictive.

At my worst i was scripted 120 mgs diaz a day n 40ml of 10mg in 5ml temazepam linctus . The doc that was giving that 2 me has been stopped from working with addicts due to his naievity he can still practice though.
Bear in mind i was only 21 at the time.

Also the H around Oxfordshire is total crap at the moment as Well has been for months now I am dying for a descent smoke like the old days

it shouldnt ever be cut with mannitol or anything else- why? it use to be a main cut for coke - it just bulks up the supply. No cuts please except caffeine.

The scoucers practically run the whole of the uk, and they are evrywhere down here, its no secret that they do.. and all they have brought down is bash, good bash, & bad bash..
But had a lucky touch last night, my main had got some ok stuff which had a little (if guessed i would say about 1-3% of proper H) in it.. a few days ago, when got there last night, said he had different, but had only just walked in the door.. to my suprise, i had a little warm feeling, and it looked perfect on the jimmy, and woke up to my tooter this morning to only smell that familiar smell, fish, yipee, its the best around as this is from London, the guy goes up on his own, so not being jumped on down here, i would say its a bit better then the other day, probably (another guess, about 5% H) a bit more proper in it, my mate did his in the works, and he kept nodding out, so pleased to say its the 2nd best since Nov.. he had quite a lump of it, so happy days for...? who knows.. but Plymouth has bash everywhere, its so true about who you know. Dont buy off the scoucers..!!

Yea it really is a worry. And that's the reason that my Dr. and I decided to start tapering the Diazepam before the Codeine because she and I both agreed that the longer I'm on it, the harder and more painful it'll be to come off it.
I've been on them constantly for about a month - possibly 2 now, so it's vital that, aside from maybe the odd script of Temazepam (because me and sleep are apparently strangers), I be off them as much as I can.

Oh, I told her (my GP) about The Ashton Manual which is the place to go for everything you want to know about Benzos, from their mode of action to extremely detailed tapering schedules. And she was really intrigued by this and said she's have a good study of it

And ohhhhh yes - Benzo withdrawal is probably THE worst substance to come off aside from Ethanol, purely because it's everywhere (the adverts, the social acceptability of it etc. etc.) so yes, "we gotta get outta this place..".

Ah - The two bags I got tonight are small but the quality's not too bad at all. I'm not sure if it's my tolerance, but it could be a tiny bit weaker than the last couple I got..
Then again I am on the verge of a nod and I don't wanna have too much more because I'm off out for a drink in a bit and don't wanna nod out in the pub (Or worse, end up ODing).

• you can't overdose on anuything less then 4grams (most people it is much much higher, like 16grams)
• it runs on the foil perfectly
• it isn't very soluble in water so works great for using IV heroin
• it is cheap
• probably lots more reasons but the main one is IT IS SAFE!!!!

They are everywhere... They run most of Brighton's gear and Portsmouth's gear (or atleast the dealers I know it Pompey are scouse but I don't know a huge number in Pompey).
They don't run Manchester or Chichester (but Chichester is a posh area and not many dealers at all)

Dunno about that tbh...
If yer pinning it then you end up heating yer water, which will allow quite a lot of Paracetamol to be soluble and end up into yer rig, which when cools, will clog up yer pin and if it doesn't cool then will end up in yer body.
And after multiple shots you could end up having quite a lot in yer system
