refilled my xanax script 15 days late

Hey guys I don't know if I'm posting in the right section let me know

So need a little help here I have a prescription for xanax 2 mg a day , I go to the doctors office every 2 months he writes me a prescription for 30 2 mgs with 1 refill.

I was out of the country and I refilled my prescription 15 days late, and I have my next doctor visit in 15 days and he will give me a 30 2mgs prescription with 1 refill as always.

Will I have any problems giving the pharmacy my new prescription just 15 days after I refilled my last one ?

The pharmacy won't fill the rx but should keep it on file and fill it in 15 more days. Just ask the pharmacist when you get there.

I don't really know if you're breaking a rule or not but generally questions about refilling scripts don't go over real well. Not implying you're intending to do anything wrong, cause you def don't sound like you are. Just saying the subject matter is questionable and that's most likely why you're not getting responses.
Why not just ask the pharmacy?

Since you filled your prescription 15 days late, you should just wait the 28-30 days until it's refillable. Not a big problem really don't worry.

I'm pretty damn sure you could get it refilled the day the doc gives you the scription....
Right? Idk about your state, but in mine, no matter what it is.. Once the doc writes you a script it's good for that day & you can get it filled that day.
