regardless of if it does or not all studies show that after stopping after a certain period of time your brain function back at normal. now some heavy heavy smoker scored less all together but those who they considered heavy smokers were on average dumber in the first place. Marijuana has so many viariablities in chemicals and those effects from those chemicals are different from person to person so to conclusively say yes pot kills brain cells and makes you dumb is next to impossible to do. take a statistics class and you will figure out why.
