Reducing opioid tollerance

I have a pain problem raplaced elbow muscle and nerve damage on a bad pain day I can consume 750mg dihydrocodiene and 1000mgs of codiene 450mg of pregablin. I was previously on a benzodiazapine reduction regieme and to be on that because I had codiene in my system they out me on 8mg buperenorphine wich raised my tollerance ridiculously but I can avoid withdrawl with 200mg of codiene if I was to stick to this how much do you think my tollerance would reduce as 450mg of codiene and 300 mg of dihydrocodiene to do the job any help appreciated

Regular doses of magnesium and dxm with a small break of opiates at least 3 or 4 days though a week is better however that's just my tolerance I'm guessing for you it will take more like a few weeks. You might avoid withdrawal but you aren't going to do shit about your tolerance unless you go cold turkey for at least a while.
