Red verses Blue Sporting Rivaries

It seems when it comes to sporting rivaries you generally fall into two camps, Red or Blue.

Soccer alone has AC Milan (Red) vs Inter Milan (Blue) or Manchester City (Blue) vs United (red).


Tonight we have State of Origin here in Australia where Queensland (Red, well ok, strictly speaking Maroon) vs New South Wales (Blue)
