Red runner .... (pumping or smacky ????)

I'm going to rolling this saturday...by my self 'couse all friend going to metropolis (I hate that place).... and I might go to zanadu.
one of my friend gonna give me a red runner ... does any one try that before????
is it smacky or pumping????
