Red Rock or Dragon's Blood

I have been hearing things about this red rock incense...I realize that it isn't the real thing, but has anyone ever tried it, and if so, what are the effects? Anything similar to regular opium?

I've tried it. Nothing like opium, sort of a head change. Probably placebo or just from inhaling smoke. Don't bother.
