You just need to give the amphetamines a bit of a break.

What you are experiencing is generalized flushing/redness characteristics of amphetamines. Dehydration, poor nutrition and lack of sleep exacerbate it. Impurities in the drugs and allergic reactions can compound the matter. Histamine release occurs with meth use as well.
