Red eyes no reason

Hey umm my eyes are red all the time no matter what. My eye doc says its dry eyes thats why. Do you guys have any suggesttions what i can use to help it. Also i wear contacts.

I wear contacts and I used to get red eyes, and have dry eyes and it turns out the lenses were very thick and this was before they started making contacts that are out of thin material, and are the breathable type that are designed so you do not have to use eye drops as much and will not get irritated or red eyes. Once I switched to the other type of contacts that are the breathable type when they first came out I no longer had dry and red eyes. Do you get them when you do not wear contacts? It could be from allergies. What else has your eye doctor said?

If i dont wear contacts for 2 days my eyes get better. And ye i guess ill make a apointment with my doc for new lenses. But my eyes are red in the morning too. Like fucking red like i just smoked a pound of weed, and got a demon in me. What kind eyes drops do you recomend. Also i have no allergies. Also he said that my eyes are dry af. He said should get better in summer. He gave me latemax it helped out but its not Over the counter

Be careful with eye drops.. the liquids are so thick they can wash away your tear film which can make your dry eyes worse and cause dependency. I use a product called Natures Tears EyeMist.. it is an all natural mist for dry eyes, and the particles are so fine it will actually absorb into, and replenish your tear film instead of harming it. It really is the best thing for dry eyes that I have ever came across, and I know a lot of people that agree. You can also use it with your contacts in, and there is no harmful chemicals in it, so you can use it as often as you want to.
