Considering you copied the picture from PR where the report is saying Amphetamine - its got a good chance to be amphetamine!

If you search against the persons name who made the report they do a few speed reports

Those Red Bulls are speed, Atleast here in Quebec. They are sold as speed here are in fact 100% speed no MDMA so if someone trys to sell those as MDMA do not buy... unless you like speed
