Bupe Rectal use of subutex or maxing efficacy

has anyone had any experience rectally using subutex (bupe only - no naloxone like suboxone)?

i have found that it hits much stronger plugging the crushed pill in aqueous solution/suspension than taking it sublingually.

i’m worried it could be bad for the rectum to do this on a regular basis though. any longtime rectal users?

looking at the research, the highest BA for bupe is rectal.

Buccal / sublingual isn’t far behind in BA. anything swallowed that goes through 1st pass metabolism is wasted pretty badly (metabolized to norbupe that despite being a full agonist is 15x weaker).

i think when i take it sublingual im losing some by swallowing despite being extremely careful not to swallow and to make my sublingual region bleed with a toothbrush first.

buccal is supposed to be higher BA than sublingual but the pills aren’t made for buccal use like suboxone strips can be used.

any tips for sublingual use to make it more efficient maybe?

i thought of putting the crushed powder in an empty zyn/ tea like pouch to take it buccally rather than sublingual but i havnt tried that.

rectal works really well but don’t know if the rectal mucosa can withstand regular exposure to the sublingual pills

I'm not an expert.
But I would at least TRY the tea bag thing. But even with the tea bag ~ your mouth and tongue are going to naturally produce saliva, which would then carry your product to be swallowed. So, whatever you can do to reduce the saliva would probably help. It's worth a shot, rather than having a. ...well, rather than rectally. JM2C.

I would like to protect my teeth and try this also and am also afraid of the damage it might cause . I have the awful orange pills that can't even be split without crumbling which makes it also hard to taper with . They destroying my gums and teeth so not sure what may happen in my rectum ? I also have no idea how to measure it as I try and go down in dosage .
