Insufflation is terrible, gives nosebleeds and erodes your cartilage. I tried before making a diluted nasal spray, but it goes to the back of the throat and hurts the tonsels. Drinking likely has terrible bioavailability.
Rectal administration works, no side effects. I made a dilute solution in a moment of paranoia to make it less obvious if I were to have a run in with the law. So only thing I could think of is to plug it. Turns out it works amazing. Takes a bit of time to come on, but lasts longer. It's more potent so you lose less.
Need to be careful because you can OD easily though. I started with half a ml, then over time determined that 4ml is the optimal dosage. In this case, 4ml contains 0.3g. it's different for everyone though, so it's always best to start with a really low dose.
A tip. Inject some bicarbonate in first, it's a laxative so you'll need to go to the toilet. This will clean you out, and also increase absorption by making it more alkaline.
Obviously a dilute solution because it could burn if it's too concentrated. I tried it without bicarbonate, and with, and it's like night and day.
