Recently bought some "kief"

So, way back when I used to buy hash every now and then when it would pop up. This kief tastes very similar but it's powdery. So is that the only real difference between the two?

Kief consists of the THC loaded trichomes which have fallen off the buds. Hash is basically the same, but can also contain other plant material depending upon the quality. Hash/kief can range from hard pressed to powdery, it all depends on how it's been processed. But generally speaking, kief is very potent. Enjoy

Yup I was told once back in the day when "hash" was everywhere (70s) that it was all kief and we just didn't know any better. It worked and that was all I wanted to know.
