can I have one reply pls?
wtf I noticed I am getting hair loss,I am 22 year old white male with no family history of baldness... its big surprise for me.Its the receding hairline, not the top of head

also I never touched any roids, but I totaly changed my lifestyle year ago, started eating healthy, started lifting and gone on bulk... gained 12kg of muscle and I am sure my test skyrocket, becose before I was thin, with no excersise and catastrophic diet ( no zinc,no magnesium,no protein...)

Don't be embarrassed man, I have a very pronounced widows peak, and am starting to bald a month shy of being 22. My father didn't start balding until he was 50 or so and my grandfather still has a full head of hair at 87.
Just keep your hair short and it will be less prominent. I like to get a fade(a buzz cut that tapers shorter as it goes down)

Shit happenes. My Dad is bald and so was my mum's dad. I haven't lost any hair yet, but it may be in the mail. You could try finasteride if it bothers you that much :)

The hair genes for male pattern baldness are sometimes time sensitive, and sometimes they are androgen sensitive. You'll have to do some asking around about the rest of your family to find out if anyone has lost their hair around your age. If they're androgen sensitive, then activities like muscle building, frequent sex, and anything that increases androgens can accelerate it. The basis of anti-baldness drugs like rogaine is that they stunt aspects of androgen antagonism. They can't restore hair already lost but they can prevent further loss.

Herbs like schisandra and polygonum multiflora (he shou wu / fo ti) can sometimes restore hair that was lost but it's not a guarantee. They for sure increase hair thickness for what hair you already have though.

Learn to live with your body as it is. Easier said than done, but I believe this the only psychologically healthy response.

ebola

^lol its a good answer tbh. I guess for me it doesn't matter much as long as the guy has a cute face, well groomed and smart.

might want to look into heavy metals. if you have been taking protein powders they are loaded with them. might be time to chelate...
this is just 1 of a million possibilities

I noticed thinning by 21 I think. I'm 31 and still have hair.. But it can tend to look a little Bozo the Clown-ey if I let it go for awhile. I frequently wear a hat anymore. A big Tilley. Doesn't suffocate the head like some.

My brother had it worse than me. So did my dad. Both were almost completely bald (top) by about 30. I take my pattern of baldness from my moms side. I may never be completely bald.. just thin.

I would say keep it short... And like eezeekial said, address to see if supplements are doing it. I don't know, but it sounds plausible.

most men with noticeably thinning hair look better with it cut short or shaved. do whatever gives you the most confidence.

my hair started thinning in college and now i shave my head. kinda like it.

Unfortunately thinning hair is common among men these days, even more so ones who are in their late adulthood. Some resort to different kinds of remedies for this. To learn more about types of hair loss, you should try visiting sites about thinning hair remedies and prevention. Hopefully you can find a solution that works well for you so you can avoid it getting worse with age.

Luckily I have a full head of hair and so does my dad at the age off 60 (although my grandad didn't at that age), I would look ridiculous and very ill if I was bald.

Just embrace it would be my advice, most chicks don't give a shit about it if that's what you're worried about. Go for the close cut as it gets worse though, definitely looks better.

I would say shave off whatever hair you have left and rock the bald look. If you are bulked up, baled and tattooed I bet you will attract a lot of girls.

I'm 22 and noticed my hair is receeding as well. Shit sucks. The doctor won't even prescribe me Finasteride despite me telling her I was interested in it.

I started to freak when I was that age and noticed my hairline receding. Fast forward six years and nothing has changed since I first noticed it. It's just one of those things that happens as you start getting older and unless you're actually balding nobody else will give it any notice. Furthermore, I bet you don't even notice it on other people. For example:

Right? Did this even stand out to you before? Nobody gives a fuck :D

I am almost twenty-five years of age. My girlfriend just recently pointed out to me for the first time that my hairline is beginning to recede. This has happened with my dad and for some reason I think that it bothers him a great deal. For me personally it signifies the beginning stages of another step in life, and currently am not bothered by the experience at all. Things could always change in time as the issue worsens, but i have no problem shaving my head and/or wearing a really sweet hat

Unfortunately Op it's one of those things once it's started it's most probably there for good, not much you can really do, apart from get a hair transplant but I guess your not gonna go down that road.

I noticed that my hair was starting to fall out pretty badly + hairline receding when I was 19... it runs in my mom's family. didn't want to be partially bald by the time I was 25, so I decided to do something about it. My head shape isn't that great either, I'm not Jason Statham

You can start using a shampoo with ketaconazole (nizoral, regenepure) + hair regrowth formula (minoxidil... aka rogaine) + 5α-reductase inhibitor (finasteride... aka propecia / proscar -- get proscar, it's 5mg and use a pill splitter.. much cheaper than propecia)

make sure you look into the potential side effects with these, it's a big decision to make.

Full disclosure: I know my sex drive has been lessened a bit, but to be honest I don't really mind it. For example, I used to jerk off every day, but now it's more like every 3rd or 4th day. I haven't had any of the horror story sides that get posted on the internet. Keep in mind that people who have had bad reactions to this stuff will tend to voice their opinion a lot more than people who haven't had much to complain about. I've been using this for a few years now.

I'm always busy with work + school, so the decreased sex drive is kind of a good thing in a way

also: I haven't had any negative interactions with recreational drugs using these.. weed / psychs / mdma / k / benzos / opiates. seems pretty safe

Best of luck
