Rec dose of Nubain

I hope this doesnt get closed as I already know Nubain has redcreational value. I;m trying to find out a good starting dose for a Nubain newbie. I've done a search here and all I can find is info like "30units of a 1cc" and such. That really doesnt say much without knowing the concentraion.
I'm under the impression that 10mg IVed is a good place to start. Does this sound right?
Also, I have somewhat of an opiate tolerance. I;ve done heroin, oxycodone, hydromorphone, fenatnyl, etc...off and on for the past 4 or 5 years. If I take...say a 2 month break off of opiates completely will I be ok to use Nubain or will I still be at risk of antagonist induced withdrawl. I'm thinking not, but better safe than sorry.
Any other info about this med, especially from those who have used it, would be appreciated.

That's right, you should start your dosing around 10 mg/70 kg (iv, im or sc, adjust to weight) of nalbuphine hydrochloride. If you dont use your nubain in combination or in close proximity to other narcotics, you will avoid the withdrawal symptoms. To test yourself, you might want to give a quarter of the aforementioned dose to see if it causes you withdrawal discomforts. As for recreational value, i dont know. It has a low potential for abuse, lower than propoxyphene, maybe because of the weird CNS effects.

Really not a fan of Nubain, myself. I IM'd 20mg and felt good for the first 10 minutes, then got EXTREMELY drowsy, like a high dose of benadryl or something. I fought off sleep for about an hour before I finally decided the buzz wasn't getting any better.
