rec dose of ambien (Zolpidem) got 70mg

ok so i got some ambian, its called stilnox in aus
im sure theres a benzo conversion chart that includes the Z drugs so i'll try to find it.

i got a fair tolerance to benzos. 80mg diaz does shit all

should I take all 7 10mg tablets or will it knock me the fuck out. (whats a good recreational dose. I want a strong effect)

i can stay awake on antipychotics fairly easily so it takes me alot to get to sleep.

edit: found a quick equivelence table saying 10mg diaz = 20mg Zolpidem

so 70mg should be as calming as 35mg diaz right? but with trippy effects.

im onoy guessing i need someone to tell me a good dse that will make me calm & trippy but without me getting so tired that i have to go to bed

ok took 40mg. Been half an hr atleast. dont feel a thing. i'll wait anoher hr A& about take aniother 30mg.
nobody has answered my post. can someone answer quick because i could be missing out on a good time because i havnt taken enough.

there must be someone with experience with ambian. i dont want amnsesia. i want cool visuals & calmness.

what other doses have ppl tried?
how long does it take to start working?
i dont wanna get impatient. drop the other 30mg just as the 40mg effect starts & its fucken me up too much.
in 45 mis or so im going to thave another 3 tablets. maybe z-drugs are cross tolerable to benzos which dont have a very strong effect with me.

could someone plz answer my Qs. I dont have alot of time.

so i should have started feeling anything now from 40mg.
I dont feel a fucken thing. does it take longer to peak or something


ok so i waited over an hr after taken 40mg. the other 3 10mg pills ive got.
its been 90 mins or so since i first took any. I should be feeling something right?

not a think. not trippy like dxm, not sedating like temazepam. nothing.
hmmm i hope these pills dont take 2 hrs to kick in... then maybe i will be fucked up but i got a feeling im not gunna get anything out of these tablets. i'll stick with the benzos. which seem to do crap all also. i might wanna upgrade again to xanax. which is probably a really bad idea

its been about 1hr 45 mins since i first had a few pills stiff feel nothing (not even a little tired).
i thought 70mg was a large dose. does it take like 2 hrs to work or something?
its legit pill. got em from the chemist.
 
I just realized. what i have is zolpidem SR.
im assuming the SR stands for sustained release.

found out ER is the extended version

i dont need any more info about ambian. obviously it isnt for me.
i took 70mg & barely feel a thing. better off taking a few temazepams.
i cant beleive ppl can get high from this stuff.
from all te trip reports its made out to be a pretty awesome substance.
a trippy benzo like drug. im sure its made me slightly calmer... like 10mg diaz calmer.
I cant beleive ppl trip out & blank out at 40mg.
maybe theres soething wrong with me. cuz im sick of drugs not working.
I guess the dr wouldnt presribe it if it actually worked.:X
 
I've taken Ambien CR, which i think was like 30 mg of Zolpidem. My normal dose was 4 of them, so if I was correct about the original dose, that brings it to 120 mg. 70 mg won't do really anything but make you sleepy. When you do trip on Ambien, though, it most likely won't be calm. You also won't remember 90% of what you did. Be prepared if you plan on doing this much.
 
Last time I visited psychiatrist I get prescribtion for zolpidem and havent used it yet as I still have zopiclone for three months supply. I want to see what happens with zolpidem as I am curious of getting visuals. This is the first time I do any drugs that have psychedelic nature.

I am planning to take at first 30mg and after that another 30mg if nothing happens in first 30 minutes. Then I continue to pop one after each 15minutes until I hit 100mg limit.

I have heard that dim lights and no tv makes the trip better. Also I have heard that benzos negate the effects so I have not taken any benzos for two days.

Lets see what happens. I try not to live trip but excuse me if I do so :)

THey are 12.5mg
70mg, if you don't have tolerance to z drugs or benzos, is more than enough to make you "trip". The ambien "trip" just isn't very strong. You get slight visualizations if you concentrate and other than that it just makes you feel pretty good. If you take more, you don;'t experience more, you'll just fall asleep or sleepwalk/drive/talk/eat etc.

You should never redose drugs orally before at the very least an hour (for z drugs since they should be fast) or an horu and a half for most others at the very least. If you haven't ever used it there is no way you should get anywhere near 100mg or you will likely wake up in jail.

Seroquel + Ambien + Fight sleep = Interesting trip. My two cents

*Dosage (I have a tolerance to hypnotics): 20-30mg of ambien and 50-75 mg of seroquel.

Another bluelighter suggested this combo to me awhile back
