Opioids really sick after doing a 30

me and my friend each took a 30 mg Oxycodone IR pill, i iv'd and she snorted it, and it was this morning/noon and now all day we have been puking, unable to hold anything down, every time i take a drink a min or two after it comes back up, and its not like other occasions where i just did too much(ive been an opiate user for 6yrs+ and i usually do heroin and a have pretty decent tolly as well, like .4 or good h at a time, so i know that i didn't do too much) because now i puke alot more and keep going even if there isn't anything in my stomach, where as normally it stops after i simply empty the contents of my stomach. for me it started instantly as soon as i did my shot, but my friend(who also has a decent tolly, like 3-6 30's+) who sniffed it, took a little longer to get sick. now the people who are with us, and watching us tell me my lips start turning blueish if i sit still for a little bit! i have never experienced anything like this at all, and its a little scary! has this happened to anyone else before? anyone have any ideas on what it could be? i tried doing a 15, hoping that it would help me snap out of it, but i didn't really make much of a difference. idk if this helps but i haven't been able to eat anything ALL Day. i started drinking Dr.Pepper but that would make me puke almost instantly. water didn't, and then i found some green tea bags, and i figured that would help some and it has, but its still not over and scary! im not puking as often now, but it still happens. and the first few hours i was so tired and out of it that i kept going in and out of sleep, but would wake up in a cold sweat! please any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
 
You did too much. The fact your lips were turning blue is a very bad sign, as that means your breathing was severely depressed. Sounds like a pretty clear OD to me. You were incredibly close to loosing consciousness.

If you do it again, do a quarter of what you did, as your tolerance is clearly nowhere near what you did.

Being so reckless in the future, could very easily end up in you waking up in a hospital or not at all.

Take this shit seriously, man. This is no joke.
 
I don't do opiates, but a good friend of mine says fake roxy's hit his town. He said they got him high for about 3 minutes and then he was like deathly sick all day.
 
Sounds like fake roxies, maybe heroin / fentanyl / buprenorphine in them? (one, not all three)
 
^^^^Yep, id also say they were not the REAL 30s, back when we would get these, they were good, but not as good as H, very noticeable difference in strength imo, plus those 30s only last for about 2 hrs at the most, so if you are sick nearly half the day, it probably was not even real, although Im not sure what it could be to make someone sick like that, for that long...as well as resembling a 30mg??

I dont think someone would mis-represent Heroin and try to pass it off as a oxy 30...that wouldnt make any sense.

Was it the same bluish color?

Was the 15mg the light greenish color?
 
I'm going to close this as it's starting to get into pill ID territory, and we really can't do that here. Whatever the case, sounds like you should obviously stay away from those particular pills from now on, and do some research on your own about distinguishing the real pills from potential fakes.
