Bluelighter
Blinded by needs and temptations,
wanting more out of life,
I found myself searching-
for that hard to reach bright light.
Screwed up in my decisions,
Knowing whats right but choosing the wrong-
hidden, I knew soon I'd be burried,
bruised words fill in my song.
My life seems so worthless,
Recieved no options of being brought to earth,
realizing I have no choice,
but to make every minute well worth.
I see my life now as a decision
my soul and spirit take control,
no one can eclipse my crossroads,
Aware I too can play an important role.
So I take life day by hour,
never knowing what fate comes next
but knowing I'm in control-
Makes my clouded heart not so perplex.
