Hi guys,

Why is oxy so expensive. I mean 10 x 5mg instant release or a box of 5mg oxy retard why is so much? I mean u need to eat like 5 of those pills to feel smth

Also why the 10,40,80mg variations are super expensive? I mean they are extended release anyway so what can u do with them?

Beside eating it, what can I do with my box of 5mg retard oxy?
 
I know I may sound crazy, but it is almost as if there is conspiracy to eliminate prescription opiods.

They use to be very abundant in America. I just hope Fentanyl and Traq dope don't hit Europe.

I personally believe they are trying to kill off opiod users and they have the doctors here too scared to write for people in horrible pain.

I got lucky, sort of, I can't have acetaminophen, paracetamol or Tylenol.
Same thing different names, they will kill you liver if taken too much.
 
Yeah netherlands doesn't have any tranq dope or dope laced with fentanyl. I would say europe in general doesn't have this issue. A bad bag around here means that it s little heroin much coffee or whatever else they use to lower the purity. Street bags range from I would say 80% to 20% for the same price, and sometimes even from the same dealer. Depends on the day. But yeah no scary stuff is added into it
 
@Jnowhere any idea what I should do with the pills? I know they really low dosages but I bought them and the 50mg tranadol box to be able to taper off.

Also any idea how I should find "the right dosage" to not withdraw on pills considering I am smoking heroin and the effects aew quite instant. Pills, especially the retard ones should take like 4 hours to kick in so how would I be able to tell for ir and er pill the right dosage to not withdraw?

I ll also stop using benzos, wouldn't that lower the seizure threshold so should I better not take the tramadol and only the oxy?

@Keif' Richards could you also please add what you think?
 
I have 10 x 5mg instant release oxy. A box of 5mg retard oxy, a box of 50mg instant tramadol, 1 fentanyl matrix patch 12ug/hr and another patch 25ug/h.

Keep in mind that I need to be able to work AND study during the weekdays and only from Friday I can start fully withdrawing.

My gf and I's original plan is to taper off by smoking heroin during the weekday and maybe Friday take 1 oxy instant and 1 oxy retard to ease me into the withdrawals

I also have severe sleep issues. And I only have left 1 x 300mg lyrica which I think I ll take it today to try to smoke as little if not nothing this whole day and hopefully not even before I go to sleep and hopefully I will manage to go to sleep and only smoke a little bit Monday morning
 
Hopefully, that stuff never finds it's way across the Atlantic. You guys don't have the Cartels in your backyard.
There maybe a lot of speed in Europe because the Taliban is fighting or say they are against opium production.

They do have a lot of wild ephedra, which can ( I believe be used to make speed.)

Who knows what the Taliban is thinking. Now they are basically, the legitimate government, their now.

I would PM keif Richard's and ask him, he knows a lot more than I do, on this subject.

Tramadol is different and I am not familiar with it. I have had no trouble on Oxycodone IR, morphine ER, and Lorazepam at the same time.
However, everyone's body different and Tramadol is not something I have ever had or know much about.

Definitely would be able help with a tapering plan.

I would just keep trying, and don't let slip ups destroy you.

The one thing that worries me is that, I hope your tolerance to opiods isn't too bad, or the pills might not help.

Do you have a list, either mentally or written down on what works and helps and what doesn't.

Also if you really try again, you will probably need Lyrica or Gabapentin, Good Benzos, maybe clonidine and if you want to try a taper, ask Keif.

I ordered catarpres(clonidine) 150mcg
I ll taper down during this week with no benzos and so I ll have a 5 day break from them. So maybe this Friday I ll try to go through withdrawals. I ll also order lyrica, baclofen and promethazine.

Or maybe a better idea would to taper down 2 weeks and then from next Friday start withdrawing cuz both by lyrica and benzos tolerance should be baseline and I ll also have diazepam and I already have lorazepam, clonazepam, bromazepam
Maybe I should also get xanax 2mg?
 
You know your own body, please be careful.
Whatever you are most comfortable with and keeping your job and studying.

There is really no one size fits all; in regards to this issue.

I really would love for you just to do what you need to; without any issues regarding your new job. Oh and congratulations on getting your new job.

You got to do it at your own pace and also not have it affect your career. So take what you need but try to be in your best shape while at work or around coworkers.
 
Hey all!

The issue we are going to run into is that it's difficult to ascertain the potency of a given sample of Heroin. You are going to know better than anybody here could ever tell you how strong your stuff is. I'm not sure how consistent your supply is in terms of potency either. If it's variable then it's going to be even more difficult to find a baseline.

For this reason, I don't think there is a lot of value in trying to use the Heroin itself to withdraw. If you have access to measured dosages of other Opioids like the Oxycodone you mentioned, then I would say you are much better in using up your Heroin, then to move solely to the measured dosages. Otherwise, it's going to be very difficult to make positive progress.

I say, go through your supply of Heroin, then use the weekend to make a committed attempt.
