real horse tranquilizers and there safety

I have a friend who is realy into horses and has a large bottle of PROMAZINE GRANULE and I would like to know how safe these are to use recreationally.
The cap of the bottle has a mark that you fill for every 300 pounds. I would think a starting dose would be a 1/4 of that or less. Anyone have any suggestions or know the safety?

actually if you had read the message correctly petersko you would see that I was looking for intelligent answers and was only planning on using the drug if it was safe. I am not willing to risk anymore than I have to for a high. We all risk something but we try to minimize it by sharing information on safe practices.

Safe yes, but it's strong shit... it's used as an anti-psychotic agent as well as a major tranqalizer - yes, not just for animals... offhand I don't have any good dosing info, so start small...
