It would be easy to do safely. Just have one hard rule: No buying or selling drugs, period. Make it VERY clear that the meet is to neither buy or sell anything. Theres nothing illegal about meeting up... and the cops are extremely aware that theres tons of events all over the US where people gather and consume drugs (usually blatantly). They do nothing about it. Theres no resource to bust a user with an amount that just might get thrown out in court. Just dont set yourself up for a sting, knock out the buy/sell thing from the get go.

I would love to meet any members as soon as I can get over this dreadful anxiety and depression. Once this is clear I would be up for a rave anywhere in UK.

i am based SW nr Bristol.

I believe I'm headed that way for an event in a couple of weeks. With my depression etc, but hopefully on hold for a day or two

I have in the past attended night outs and functions etc that were arranged right here on bluelight.
I had an absolute blast every time.
Obviously it would be pretty stupid if anyone organised such a thing so publically and then proceeded to do something illegal.

Regards Bluelight being monitored by law enforcement..............absolutely it is and so it should be. That is why we are so strict with the rules here to ensure we can stay on the internet and continue to help people minimize the harm they do to themselves using drugs.

and to the guy who said screen for dilated pupils, lol I can just picture some undercovers putting in those eye drops they give you at the eye doctors. here's a pic of me after having those put in my eyes

I actually think some angry mod closed a thread of mine once called "post pics of your dilated pupils."

I would doubt Law Enforcement even bother looking on here. They simply dont have the resource or time.

There is so much other shit going on online this would be the least of their problems.

A few of us attending a rave and maybe gobbling a couple of pills. So what.

This is nothing new to any major city world wide.

yeh I think the LEOs are more interested in the other sites dedicated to sourcing, then a harm reduction site. I agree that they might go here now and then to gather intel on various trends and what not, but I highly doubt they have people on the payroll who's job it is to monitor BL.

I ended up bumping into Chesh at Global Gathering, I told him I'd be in a group and we would all be wearing white painters suits and gas masks. He tapped my friend on the shoulder and asked one of them if they knew "Michael". Ended up sharing a couple of balloons with him and raving all night.

Would each country have a dedicated person who spends there entire time watching this place? doubtful.
But from time to time there would be cursory glances just to ensure we are indeed what we say we are. Thats what they are paid to do.
Some years ago I can remember a policeman being a member and there was no reason to doubt his claims. He was often quite helpful to people when it came to police matters.

It would be silly to think you are not being watched.

Personally I have two friends who used fairly heavily in there youth and used Pill Reports and also came in here seeking info who later became police officers. Needless to say they no longer use drugs.....it was something they did as kids and have since moved on.

If anything I wouldn't doubt more police are on here looking for personal reasons more so than buisness reasons. But if they are assigned to just look at bl all day that would be a bad ass job cause I'm on here 500 times a day and I don't get paid shit.
