Opioids ratiopharm oxycodon how to inject

Hello!

I am currently on a daily dose of 300mg of morphinsulfate i.V.
Some days ago i got 2x 80mg ratiopharm oxycodon (retard) pills. This amount should be equivalent to 300mg morphine. I have much read about injecting oxycodon and about the extraction (I am planning to do it with a cold water extraction) but i wanted to ask here if anyone has experience especially with the ratiopharm oxycodon retard pills.

Hypromellose
Macrogol 6000
Talkum
Ethylcellulose
Hyprolose
Propylenglycol
Magnesiumstearat
Mikrokristalline Cellulose
Hochdisperses Siliciumdioxid

My plan is to grind down the pills as good as possible, leave it for some hours in cold water and then use a cotton filter and then a 0,22µm wheel filter (microfilter) to get rid of the things i dont want to have in my veins.

So anyone got advices how to do it best?

Update:
I have now successfully extractred and IVed the oxycodon pills. I've done it this way:
1) Wash away the colored coating of the pill
2) Grind Up the pill to a fine Powder
3) Use Cold Water (5ml for 2x 80mg) and mix it with the powder
4) Leave it for several hours in the water and stir every 15 to 30 minutes
5) Filter it 4x with a cotton filter and then with a 0,22µm wheel filter
6) Then you should get a 100% clear liquid

My experience with the flash:
When injecting opioids I usually have a rush that lasts about 2 minutes and I only experience effects for about 20 minutes. So all I do it for is the rush. When injecting the oxycodon I feeled this feeling short before it hits you, but that was everything. Nearly no rush. But I feeled the effects, it was still nice but I would really not do it again. Heroine gives a 1000x better rush. My next opioid to try is Hydromorphon.
