another rare/obscure, but not really worthwhile opioid i have done is viminol. good painkiller but less recreational than morphine, which is pretty bad in my book
i also have a thing for the 'other' diesters of morphine such as nico and benzoylmorphine... one day perhaps

Demerol years back, found it where my mom stashed all meds that werent used up. I was looking for t3s leftover from my brothers operation. I was like 15.
Acetyl-Fentanyl.. Got my hands on a gram and vaporized it as oppose to snorting or anything else. Realized it was a bad idea and tossed it.

I haven't tried it personally, but I synthesized a potent fentanil analog once, probably the most potent one in existence (4''-iodo-ohmecarfentanil). I have a friend that is a junkie that usually does 250-500 mg of street heroin at once. He injected 3µg (yes, MICROgrams) and almost fell out. I had narcan vial on hand but I luckily didn't have to use it. I imagine that this would be good between in the low nanograms in a non-tolerant user.

A friend was importing bricks of Thai Buddha and occasionally they would pack an ounce or so of opium in one of the bricks. Good times back then, I'll never forget those red cellophane wrapped bricks or the dream like opium sessions we would have after an afternoon BBQ feast. 20 years ago I'm sure very few people were getting their hands on such a thing, especially in the suburbs of Australia, it would be even rarer nowadays...more likely to be home grown now.

Probably levorphanol. I always add Oxycontin 160 to these lists, only because it has long since been discontinued and was rare to see even when it was available.
