Have decided on doing my 1st ever cycle. Any suggestions welcome.

30yrs. 5'10. 80kg. Active job requiring regular fitness. Have a natural medium build and have recently completed a 42 day cycle of the
'Universal Animal Test' supplement - (active ingredient is Arachidonic Acid) - gained approx' 6lb of decent lean mass but nothing as fantastic as expected... silly boy I know. This cycle cost £150 - really don't mind shelling out whatever cost if it gives the desired results but this didn't exactly blow me away - to be honest, I cant say if the gains were from the product or the fact that i stepped up my game and diet to try and get my money's worth!

Anyway, I've trained all my teenage/adult life and highly qualified in PT and ST, etc... However, never really tried to gain ANY size, just a decent all round fitness and conditioning. Last 18 months have tried everything to get anywhere near the results I'm after but can't seem to get past this shitty plateau.

The Oral T-bol and Anavar are looking mighty attractive as I'm after slight growth and more cut with as low as poss' androgenic effects. When I'm happy I've found a sight/source that isn't gonna provide me with shite I'll be hoping to start a 6 week cycle, consisting of mostly Hypertrophy resistance training with CV and some swimming.

I've researched various suggestions to other people on various forums, but would appreciate anyones suggestions. Thanks in advance fellas!=D
 
Obviously guys, I wasn't asking at suggestions for sites/sources, I'm sure trial and error will play a large part so I'll jst have to pony up at some point - don't wanna get told off!
 
Stay away from natural test boosters. They're a waste of money and don't do anything.


50mg winstrol or Var per day. You should be able to bounce back so I wouldn't really worry about running test with either of the two.

This is your first cycle so I say keep it simple and do it right. 500mg of Test Ethanate for 15 weeks. Anastrozle dose accordingly to control estrogen related sides, and Clomid & Nolva for PCT.

Guys I really can't thamk you enough as out os a group god knows how many, you're the only fellas who've replied. <snip> The above post honestly reads like Japanese. Not taking the piss, You've no idea how much I appreciate advice, it's just that I'm absolute Rank Ameteur with Performance Enhancine Products and doing my upmost to learn alot over a short space of time! I know Alot about VAR and T-Bol but as for the rest, guys, my naivety will show through.

I'm in a profeesion where It's fantastically FROWNED upon albeit as legal for ANY civilian if purchaesd (or claimed so) as another. So the effeffects have to be good but passable as being hard work (we train every day at work) a good diet and the fact that the guys see me grafting (that I've always done moreso than the rest) and finally reaping the benefits. I've trained all my life and hit a plateau where due to my body type I will, naturally, struggle to get what want. I'm naturally slim with a good CV capability - just want to look as good as I can perform on a run - sick of being the little skinny'ish guy on the team... 5'10", 30, slim biuld but 31" waist with 39" chest but shite arms - I just appear to be naturally slim but would like to have something more of a physical/visible attribute.

Can't be ridiculously obivous, hense the couice of mild orals. Again fellas, I know I waffle but I here for a genuine reason, not just to chat
about something to give me purpose - I wanna' learn from you guys who speak from experience.

When it comes to this forum, there's only a small handful of people that actually know what they are doing. The ratio of experienced users to fucking morons is astounding.

If you want to get bigger, you need to eat bigger. I'd wager you're not eating anywhere near enough calories. If you can't gain off of 4.5k calories per day, then gear would be a consideration.
 
Yeah, to be fair I probably don't eat as much as I could - suppose I'm concerned about just piling the 'wrong' weight on. Definately something else to consider, thanks 'V'.
 
You won't be piling the wrong weight on, as long as you're not eating McD's for every meal. Lift heavy, and eat clean. Tuna, chicken breast, egg whites, oatmeal, brown rice, potatoes, veggies. All you need.


If you have the funds, I would forget about steroids all together and simply get a low dose cruise of GH going. It's more for overall body wellness and recovery. You won't explode with mass, and whatever small gains you make from it will likely be permanent. Being only 30, you're too young to see the real anti-aging benefits, but you WILL feel different. There's a difference between full blown GH cycles, which are retarded, and using low doses by itself for total recovery enhancement. Look into it. Search the web for more info and you'll find what you're looking for. It's not outlandishly expensive at anti-aging/wellness doses. There's no price discussion allowed here, and I wouldn't be talking about it even if it was, but I'll tell you if you have the right sources and know the right people, it's a pretty good investment.

People seem to be under the misconception that steroids, specifically testosterone ethers can make you "fat". This is not the case. While there may be some water retention, fat gain is not one of the side effects unless you're eating complete crap. Steroids work by increasing protein synthesis, thus allowing calories to be processed more efficently. Make sure diet and training is spot on before making the jump to the dark side.

Voxide made a good point. If you're wanting to stay as lean as possible, GH is a GREAT investment. Even 1iu a day can help keep you leaner. Best of luck! If you'd like, post your diet and macros and we can take a look to see if there's any adjustments that can be made there before you take anything.
 
Excellent suggestions by both of you, cheers fellas. I'll check back soon after researching more on the GH and with my current/training dietry details.
