Random, uncontrollable and dangerous loss of balance

I've been using many drugs on a daily basis but interactions have been kept below the lethal level so far.

I restarted taking 5-HTP @ 300-400mg per day for the first ten days or so, decided I was taking way too much and reduced to 50mg.
Anyway After roughly the first week I started to get uncontrollable falling spells and balancing problems. When I walked I always crash into the wall and seem to be leaning against it to avoid losing balance. When I start turning right (or vice versa) it feels like my right shoulder is being pulled and my left one is being pushed. When it first happened and was at its most severe, I also though something was seriously wrong with my ear balance thing.

Last night I went upstairs to look for something in the living room. As soon as I entered it I lost balance and fell onto a loudspeaker, of which the corner quickly dug into my gut/side as I fell to the ground with it.
I have noticed this happening a lot after 300mg+ 5-HTP when combined (or perhaps not?) with a list of other drugs which previously didn't quite have such a detrimental effect on my balance, at least not all fucking day. And I'm thinking the downers I use at night add to the balance problems even the next day.

WTF is going on?

You've developed bad Vertigo from the drugs and lack of hydration..
i have the same problem but like 10x worse cause i black out occasionally..
drink more water when using and take things slower
your moving to fast for your body and brain; hence the vertigo.
it will go away...maybe.. when you start to settle
oh and dont take super hot showers
