After a night out on stimulants ill go to sleep around 6 hours later. The following night when i get my proper sleep somthing strange happens. Ill wake up in my bed and ill start shaking, unable to open my eyes or do anything. Ill have thoughts rushing through my head but then forget them later on when i try to think back to what happened. On one occassion i did remember what i was thinking when it happened, it started off as a song playing in my head, then the song started to get all mixed up and go into another language, then i started shaking, during that time i was saying to myself "ok this it is, im going to be in hospital, its ending like this, im going to be found in my bed". Then it stops. I look around room and everything looks so scary, i dont want to move and i just wrap around tight in my blanket and get back to sleep. Its like im too scared to open my eyes again. I wake up and its all fine again.

It happened a few days ago and just after it happened i promised myself that i would remember all the thoughts that rushed through my head, but i woke up again and they were gone. The time i described above was the first time it happened, not sure why i remembered that one so well.

I dont know what this means or why its happening. It happens randomly after the week i go out. Maybe once or twice during that week. Then i dont get it again. Anybody have any idea what this is or means

EDIT MORE DETAIL.
To add some detail to my original post. The stimulants i am taking are 6apb. As they are a research chemical there is norhing known about them. I have been doing it for around 4 months, average of 2 pills a week on the same night. the fiirst few times i did it, i didnt get the waking up and shaking part. Its only happened during the last 4 times. My longest gap between doing 6apb was 3 weeks, no waking up and shaking during them 3 weeks, but the day after i take it, i get it again. It only happened once and only lasts around 10 seconds.

As far as the shaking goes, im not actually sure how bad it looks from the outside. Main reason is because i forget everything and have hundreds of thoughts in my head going at the time. And cant open my eyes even when i try to. Somthing else i forgot to add, i get some twitching in bed where my leg will just randomly move by itself, but this also goes after a few days. This is normal isnt it?

Also, somthing else i forgot to say, right after the shaking and thoughts happen, it feels like i get some kind of strange rush in my body. But it isnt an actual rush, its hard to explain. It feels like a rush but i dont actually get a good or bad feeling from it. You know when a load of blood flows to a muscle after its been cramped, well it feels like that but going to my head. Its like a rush with nothing in it.

Im not sure if all this is a side effect of 6apb or ive just been taking it too much. Around 30 pills in 4 months, 100mg a pill is a lot? I havent heared of anybody else experiencing these problems from 6apb but i dont think there is anybody whos done it as much as me.

Shaking like "brrr" or shaking like M J Fox?

More info is needed I.E severity of shake, plus what 'stimulants' where you on? And any of them first timers?

You where either having a bad reaction to something, in which case, just lay off it...
Or
You where having the onsets of a seisure, in which case I would seek medical help immediately, not like hospital now immediately, but sometime this week give your doc a call fella!

The song changing thing happened to me a few times when i got a dodgy E here and there, it's nothing to worry about, and not opening your eyes is just a reaction to the drugs in your system, bit of paranoia and the feeling of "shit this ones gone to far" Just gotta ride it out mate, happens to the best of us!
It'll happen the next day sometimes when your brain is rapidly withdrawing

it's the shaking that concerns me!

How often do you use stimulants? Amphetamines cause the release of neurotransmitters rather than blocking ones naturally released by the body. Neurotransmitters create thought, so amphetamine use can cause certain anxiety, and personality disorders.Since you remain conscious throughout the time you experience these problems, it is likely that you may be experiencing amphetamine induced psychosis or anxiety disorders. If you experience: anxiety, racing thoughts, paranoia, delusions, auditory or visual hallucinations, and insomnia then you most likely are experiencing either amphetamine psychosis, or an amphetamine induced anxiety disorder. The anxiety disorder is more probable because of the space between episodes.

Both are easily treatable by abstaining from amphetamine, most symptoms should completely subside within 7-10 days. Depending upon the level of your previous amphetamine use you may have intermittent episodes in which these symptoms reoccur for up to 2 years, but they will be very rare. If your symptoms do not appear to subside even after you have ceased amphetamine use for up to a month then you should talk to a doctor because it is possible you have a more serious condition, depending to the types of stimulants used.

Cocaine use can also cause similar disorders, although the timeline of recovery may be slightly different.

The levels of safety range from methamphetamine as the most difficult to recover from to Methylphenidate which is among the safest.

when were all amped up certain parts of the brain become numb, when the drugs start to wear off those parts begin to reawaken, thous doing some catching up,completely normal. As for the shaking, can be caused by all sorts of things ,low blood sugar, high blood sugar.reaction to the drugs, could be nothing, could be serious,i myself would have it checked out.seizures can be life threating!! YA what he said,^

Remaining conscious during a seizure is virtually unheard of. As far as I know every case of seizure-like behavior in a conscious individual is the result of behavioral disorders.

Remaining conscious during a seizure is certainly heard of, many believe it's akin to a dream where ya know what's happening while it is, but sod all when you come round, except bits here and there. I've never had them but an ex of mine did.
Very similar to poor Bidybags experience, I doubt it's meth either, my guess is E's or a party drug like mephedrone..

See a doc, or lay off the rock!

This definitely sounds like sleep paralysis (I put the most suspiscious parts in bold). Check out the link that boodha posted above and have a read. I've been experiencing sleep paralysis for a very long time (in retrospect I believe my first episode was when I was about 6 years old), and I ALWAYS have sleep paralysis for 2 or 3 nights after I have any type of recreational stimulants.
If you have any questions about sleep paralysis or what you're experiencing please feel free to PM me, I've read a whole lot on the subject :)
