It wasn't about my flat, was about someone else's.

Yeah, I got my phone back. It's somewhere in my bag at the moment, just cycled back to mine to attempt to tidy and have some time on my todd as I can't remember the last time I had any! And tidying has not been done for a couple of weeks as I've been spending all my time in the park in the sunshine or I've been in no state to bother.

Sunshine's been too nice and i've no hot water. Sunshine is too nice though! I've done the front room and sorted rubbish that's pretty much all I can do as washing machine will rinse all my leccy ( and no hot water!!!!). Grrr!
 
You don't need hot water for the washer do you? I've always thought the heating element in the washer machine heated it.

I don't have a normal washing machine, I have a portable one, as my kitchen has no way of plumbing one in. Old council flat, and i've no money to sort it. Plus, running it will use electricity!

Plus, you need gas on your gas meter, to make the combi boiler spit out hot water! No gas on my meter for me.

That's a bit shit. Can't you apply for a care grant or moan the council to have it sorted? Or to the landlord if it's private?

Already done and achieved the care grant months ago mate. It was enough to decorate and furnish a totally empty flat (well I used freecycle for most things) and go out every weekend ;)

The council wont fit a washer. Maybe one day when I sort myself out i'll have the 50 quid an hour it'll take to get one sorted.

But thanks for the advice :)

I went to get my hair cut today (was down to my arse, to short), and the hairdresser asked about it, I said it's not something you can really say aloud in public, but she insisted, fucking hell her face haha.
 
I asked the woman ( went to the shop not the PO ) for a book of 4 Large envelope 2 class stamps and I pay for them only to find they were 4 regular 2nd class stamps. Oh well. Put all 4 on just to make sure. And if that wasn't enough I put a return address on it.

actually that's a fuckin lie, it's boiling out there today! had lunch with some mates, watched a surprisingly alright film and went shopping. in the middle of a cwe now, or i would be if all my fucking filters didn't break :!

aye its hot here today too, i had to go to the doctors the day and i was about colapsing by the time i walked all the way up the hill to get to my house

work was shit as usual. Waiting for someone to bring me their old TV now, it wont be a digital one but I dont care, just want it to attach to a dvd player and play dvds.

Have you thought about putting an ad up on a message board in the post office or in the window of a news agent asking for someone to come and try and fit your washing machine for less than a normal plumber, couldn't hurt, also try gumtree too, lots of people willing to help you out there.

13 hours, some drunk teenagers go into a creepy house kinda thing, but with gemma atkinson blowin her own head off! and draco off harry potter.

aye hills are a fucker in this weather, mate lives right at the top of one too :|
