Mine had to come out because they were impacted too MM. I only had 2 removed and it wasn't that bad but I made sure I was out of the game for about 3 days.
 
Yeah, one of mine turned into a dry socket, cos I'd kept trying to smoke spliffs, that is a very unique kind of pain a dry socket.

Yeah, sadly TD I only got 500/30 effervescent solpadol, think I got 200 of them though....if you let them know you're already on codeine so wil have a degree of tolerance and will need something for the breakthrough pain I'd have though that they'd give you something stronger...
 
Ouch. My teeth are already half eroded/missing. There seems to still be a good amount to grip onto though, but I don't really know anything about the logistics of it. My aunt had some teeth out and went back to work the same day, she told me. I only work 3 days (contracted) a week at the moment, so after the extraction on Tuesday I don't have to be in till Saturday at least.

I dare say I will man up on the day, but still feel fairly anxious about it. I do hate the dentist, but I guess most people do.

Will mention the codeine I'm on for sure. Would love some DHC without paying 60quid a bottle, but realistically I doubt that's going to happen!
 
Just read your post again, 28x30mg is only 4 a day innit, they'll happily double that for you I'm sure, have a word, they'l discharge you with something, but go see your GP next day,or same day, and say the pain is too much, if it is....is it your wisdoms? Is it hospital or dentist?

I'm not sure if dentists can prescribe pain killers TD.. I have enquired several times lol.. I hope yours does chuck I felt really shook up after having them out .. Certainly not in any kind of state to go through the whole rigmarole of getting a g.p appointment and hanging about in a crowded waiting room
 
I'm so tired today! Not sure why, I think its still part of my 25i comedown, had an ovened pizza earlier and a cheese sandwich, I had run out of main bread though so had to use the crusts for both halfs :(
 
Is dead here tonight. I'm gonna apply to get a re-entry permit to get back my residency in the US, I plan to do it within the next couple of months and hopefully if all goes to plan I will be living there by October, if it doesn't go to plan then I'll still be here.

I've got the forms to fill in, costs $450 to send the form to the embassy though, which sucks, as it might not even get accepted and the fee is non refundable, but if it gets accepted then it means I can travel to the states as a resident legally and when I get there I have permission to stay with my mum and sister and I'll be able to get a job there legally.
 
$450 Mugz, what exactly is that for? You used to have US residency rights but now you don't?

Watching a good Congolese crime film on Film4 +1 right now. There's a quality scene in it when the main character turns up by surprise at a birds window. There's bars on the window so they can't get to each other and she can't leave the bathroom (her crazy boyfriend is outside) so she hoists herself up and sticks her legs through the bars and the guy goes down on her. :D
 
OK, but you said 'to get back my residency' which seems like you had residency before but no longer do, how come?

They can, but most won't as opiates are not considered very useful in treating dental pain. There's talk of removing the right to prescribe them for that reason.

Best thing to do is say you've got a phobia - a lot of places will sedate you with Midazolam, which can take the edge off things.
