Heroin random heroin question

I get wicked acne whenever I do heroin, even though I'm really careful about scratching/picking at my face... is this weird? I only use heroin occasionally (well, 6 - 8 times a month usually), but I've defiantly noticed it as a distinct pattern that the day after I shoot dope I break out, and it clears if I stay clean a couple days. Does dope come out in sweat or something that I consistently break out from it?

Yes especially if you iunject regularly. My face never ever breaks out/gets pimples but if I have a long enough run shooting dope and coke my skin will start to look like shit.

I would say it lowers your bodies natural immune system and that in general you are less sanitary when taking IV drugs - I.E less looking after yourself, washing hands and face etc.
