So I've decided to take a break from smoking weed for a while.

Like all the other times I've quit for the first week or two I find getting to sleep very hard.
So this time I've been taking temazepam to get me off to sleep which works nicely.

But my question is that since it's been 5 days since I stopped smoking and I've been taking 10mg of temazepam every night to get to sleep, when I stop taking it like maybe tonight or tomorrow will getting to sleep be extra hard for me since I've been taking temazepam every night so often?

tolerance to the hypnotic effects of temazepam develops rapidly. so i would stop taking it soon. i know i'm sidestepping your actual question (will there be rebound insomnia). ...just wanted to mention that you shouldn't plan on using temazepam much longer.

Jump off the Temazepam now, 10mg is not a high dose but you may notice some rebound Insomnia but nothing too severe, when I quit smoking weed I found that after the first week or 2 my sleep improved significantly although the dreams I began to experience were extremely vivid.
