Quitting Tramadol cold turkey after 4 days of abuse

I have been abusing tramadol pretty heavily for 4 days in a row. I don't usually do that though. I've been ingesting about 2 grams over 4 days (bad idea, I know). Do you think I can quit cold turkey without getting major WD? I can live with a little bit of diarrhea, that is not a problem, but I don't wanna risk going into WD heroin-style. I've never experienced opiate-WD before, so I'm quite scared. Should I maybe taper off? Or is 4 days too little to have to do that?
I really appreciate any advice or knowledge you could share. Thank you.

4 days is not long at all, if anything you will most likely just have cravings and maybe some mild anxiety, but i would definitely advise quitting cold turkey. and sooner rather than later

Thank you for your answer, I feel less anxious now. I might throw away the pills then. I got things to do the next 5 days, so I have no time to take pills anyway, so I wont deal with cravings alone. Yeah, I definitely need to quit, because I don't want to get into opioid addiction (don't need to explain why), and I don't feel like trying seizures.

It was over 4 days. Still risky, I know, but I think most people without history of seizures wouldn't get seizures in most cases. But to anyone googling this thread: I really don't recommend taking these risks.

I decided on cold turkey. I most certainly do have withdrawals. Not the typical opioid-wd's yet (i'm not sure if they are ever gonna come) but definitely SSRI-wd's. Brutal brainzaps like a bad mdma-hangover. I guess I've learned my lesson. Do you think it would be safe or helpful to take 5-htp?

No, do not take 5-htp for another week or so. The interaction could make your symptoms even worse
