I have a history of about 5 months of moderate to excessive insufflated Meth abuse, and rarely smoked it throughout this period. 2 months into the abuse i developed a cough, and here I am, past my abuse, and I still have a nagging cough. What could be causing this very phlegm filled cough? Is there any possibility of any severe lung damages?

There is a possibility of lung damage. However, you could just be ill. Go see a physician and get it sorted. You might just have a nasty infection. You could say that you were a smoker or a user of snuff (insuffilated tobacco)

Yeah, it could be lung damage or an infection. I smoke meth, and when my usage was at its peak, I also developed a nasty cough. The cough was incredibly phlegmy like yours, and I could actually feel fluid inside my lungs or airways that was really difficult to dislodge. My cough eventually cleared up by itself, even though I continued to smoke. If yours is concerning you I'd recommend seeing a doctor.
