quick question abouts bags i got

today i got these blank pink bags and i was wondering what it may be as i know it is not heroine iv been shootin dope for 3 years an i know what dope feels like an when i smelled these bags it smells way to much like vinegar cuz i know sometimes dope has a hint of vinegar to it but this smells like strait up salt n vinegar chips and when i shoot it up i get the craziest weirdest rush for like 2 seconds an then no high follows it i mean nothing at all an it doesnt take me out of withdraw either the powder is tan an im jus wondering if maybe theres somethin out there that gives u a rush but no high the shits weird i aint even doin the rest of my bags cuz theres no way its dope
