Hey so the "Emergency benzo act" Expired on Jul 26th which made I believe 5 particular benzos schedule one (Until July 26th) and others are specifically listed as sched 4 --- However since the analog act does not apply to sched 4....

And they no longer have these 5 benzos they could say "That is an analog of this benzo which is temporarily sched 1" --- Would I be wrong to say it is now legal to possess benzos not specifically listed as sched 4 for NON CONSUMPTION purposes??

I like to be damn sure of these things... Thank you

I would say yes, it would be legal, but there's always a grey area with these things. And in a situation where you get pulled over and searched with them on you, you could still possibly get arrested and held while they send the benzos off to be tested.

Right right start pressing pills or doing anything to suggest consumption it becomes illegal immediately. Good to know though
