It's not that quick but it was delicious (made it last night)

dice up 1 bunch of green onion, 1 half yellow onion, 1/2 package mushrooms. crush 1 entire thing of garlic. put vege's/garlic in a bowl and add 1/2 bottle of lemon juice then squeeze the juice of 2 limes in. let soak for 10 minutes.

put 2 lbs of salmon in a casarole dish, pour contents of bowl over salmon. put 1/2 bottle of "Chaka's MMM Sauce" on top. cook at 375 for 30 minutes. server over romaine letuce with tomatoes w/ sliced lime on the side.

^^ That sounds really really good but I don't like the lemon taste in veggies, I would just add the lemon when I eat it if it needs some.

Potato Salad
hard boil a few eggs.

Slice boiled, pealed potatoes (you can also use the canned ones but they need rinsed in cold water to get all that bitter liquid off them)

Chop (not small) some onions, red peppers, tomatoes and add over potatoes. Add some black olives.
In a cup, mix some sugar, vinegar and water and pour over the mixture. Add salt and mix everything together.

Peel and slice the eggs and serve with the salad (don't mix the eggs in with the salad, it becomes mushy)

Serve with anything basically ... steaks, chicken ...

You can also add some smoked fish in the salad and eat as is, it's sooo delicious. That how I usually make it.

Desert: Apples with rum

You need some angel cake that you can easily buy in a supermarket. And vanilla ice cream, but not mandatory.

Take the seeds out of 2-3 apples
Slice the apples

In a small frying pan, melt a spoon of butter. Add the apples and fry a little bit.
Add about 6-8 table spoons of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of water and stir until the sugar is all melted (use medium heat). Add a couple spoons of dark rum of your choice. Cook everything for another 2-3 minutes until the apples turn gold.

Slice some angel cake (a little bit thicker than a bread slice) and spread them on a plate.
Pour some of the liquid over the cake. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top it with the apples and the rest of the syrup. You can also sprinkle some cinnamon over everything.
Serve immediately.

This seriously takes 5 minutes.

Bombtastic Breakfast
This one is simple....

Granola chunks.
Yogurt.
Dried/frozen/fresh fruit. My favorite is dried blueberries and fresh straberries. lots of them.

and add whatever else you want.

warning: you may find yourself consuming this meal in a similar manner to water. ingest with moderation.

The trader joes has these chicken patties (come in 2 pack packages) for real cheap and contain over 20g of protein... I microwave it on a plate for a minute so that it's warm but not hot then break it up with a fork... add fancy pants greens, sprouts, and maybe a tomato, then dress with and a poppy seed dressing. My favorite fancyfuckinpants salad greens come from sproutliving dot com. It's pretty light, very easy, quick... and fairly tasty. :)

Cook Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:

* 2 1/4 pounds of small zucchini, grated
* 7/8 cup of grated pecorino cheese
* 1 medium onion, grated
* 2 eggs
* 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint
* 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill

Mix well with hands until all ingredients are well blended and the mixture is firm. Add flour to bind if there's too much liquid. Shape into patties about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch high.

Socată (Elder flower brew)

This is a traditional beverage in my country. Elders have already flowered this year but this recipe's to keep, I make it every year. The best soft drink I've ever drunk: flavorful, sparkling, slightly alcoholic and acidic. Not to mention natural and with low sugar content.

For a 5 liter jar you need:

-2 handfuls of Elder tree flowers
-0,5kg sugar
-the juice and zest of 2-3 lemons
-5g of fresh yeast or 2g of dried yeast

Add the ingredients in the jar and fill with water. Let it ferment for 2-3 days, bottle it in plastic bottles, cap them and leave them outside for another 1-2 days for them to build up carbonation. Put them in the fridge and leave them another 2 days for the yeast to settle on the bottom. That's it!

Time: 20min work, 5-7 days of waiting.

Oh sorry for the non easy part Romaniak, it seems easy to me in a sense that I have made them and the first time was hard, but following that, it was easy for me. In fact, if you have the right equipment it is not so bad. Deep oil in a saucepan, makes quick frying, and the only part for me I detest is the mess. Besides that, I make many so you can munch for few days, and if you devide the time of the size of the meal that way, then it is worth it-as well as tasty. I don't see the logic of the easy this way but it makes sense to me.

The shark fillets sound nice too.

You must have been thrown knifes at me, when you were deep in flour and oil!! Spewing (lol)

easy to make ... but very messy and annoying ... I mean ... grating all that stuff makes a mess and then cleaning everything is annoying ... and I made a ton of them also, so frying them took a while too.

If you like them but turned off by the work involved, then, You need a blender for grating and that should also assist in less cleaning. Makes it much easier!

alright...

Take a bunch of fresh organic strawberries and throw them in a blender. Take oven toasted oats and throw them in. Grab a fist full of spinach and throw that in... put in a cup or so of water then blend at a high speed until it all liquefies. It becomes a nice summer time soup you can serve in a bowl or put in a shaker to take with you.

^^^Strawberries with spinach?? Spinach and oats?
Do you have to heat it up if it is a soup?

lol If your palate is into really salty stuff than consider it an acquired taste. It's sweet from the strawberries. It's strawberries, spinach, and toasted oats in a, oh I donno, ratio of 5:2:1 and then maybe 1 or 2 cups water and blended at high speed.

I don't heat it as a soup no, just have it chilled/room temp. Just have it as a shake if you're not used to chilled soups. My filtered water is in the fridge so it makes the shake/soup very cool.

^^^Ahhh, thanks! I don't like chilled soups, but I thought if I heat this one up, it may kill the vitamin C in the strawberries. I will try it one day though, the vitamins in it, highjacked me!
I like healthy things!

You know what? It might taste pretty good warmed up too. I don't know if it will kill the vitamin C or anything, but unless you cook the hell out of it most of the stuff will just go into your water, while you'd be consuming anyway.

Strawberries also have other interesting properties... Some folks report pain relief when using them as a base for their recipes. Certainly on par with poppin an asprin for me. Makes minor aches and pains go bye bye for a few hours.

Yup. A healthy body is a happy body. :) =D

^^^Thank you cocamatic-you now inspired me for the unusual!!!!....in the bottom section here!
