Not sure if i've already posted these questions on here, i do apologise if i have.
I have some opium laying around, i've tried it a couple times but i was too scared to get a proper high going, i have emetophobia which is a phobia of throwing up and feeling sick.
So my question is, which roa would be better to reduce the risk of nausea? Tea or smoking?
I'd also like to know if the nausea ordeal is like alcohol, too much and you can start feeling ill. It's only happened to me once on alcohol since i don't really drink to get drunk, just to get a little tipsy and enlighten my mood a bit.

What are some ways to prevent it? I was thinking i could drink tea with some freshly grated ginger, maybe take 25mg of promethazine, smoke a little bit of weed. Is this a good idea? Anything i could add? Just to be on the safe side.
And if it wouldn't be too much to ask, could someone tell me the different effects you get from a small, moderate and a big dose? And do you get a different high depending to the route of administration?

I'm not very experienced with opiates, i've only done codeine, but i'm quite experienced with it i'd say. I know how much i can and can't take, and when i do codeine, i don't like to take too much, when i haven't had any for months and i get a bottle of 100x25mg prescribed, first time i do it then i'd only take 100mg and i'd get nicely high. I'm not interested in getting completely fucked up on drugs, i've done too many stupid things on benzos, kinda easy to lose yourself with them lol.
Off topic again, boy i'm good.

Anyway, those are all my questions for now, thanks in advance! :)

The best way to prevent nausea is to not overdo it...

All of what you mentioned will also help.

Just be very aware and sip slow...

No matter what, the nausea rate is the same... Dosage is the key...

I'll most likely be smoking it, do it slow, i don't wanna get all too high, just want to get a little feel for it.
Thank you sir.

Anyone with some info about the different effects according to dosages is very welcome to comment as well.

Opium dosages in exact alkaloid dosage is not static, and does vary... These are different plateaus one can expect.

Level one: Pain killing, no real sedation at this point, anti-anxiety... bowel lock could happen.

Level two: Higher pain killing, subtle sedation kicks in, well being ensues, Anxiety killed... nausea if not tolerant. bowel lock could happen.

Level three: More pain killing, higher levels of sedation, heavier breathing (Can cause anxiety to persons not knowing what to expect), no anxiety, severe well being, opiate "Glow" takes effect. Nausea is sure to ensue if not tolerant. Bowel lock could happen.

Level four: Full Glow, heavily sedated state, weighted breathing, staggering gait, Hard to maintain any type of posture, nodding (Drifting in and out of consciousness), definite Bowel lock, uterine lock could happen. Nausea is definite.

Level five: Exaggerate level four and imagine a person on the borderline of overdosing. Hard to maintain any type of posture, full on loss of reality, Hallucinations, dreamy delirium...

<<<<<<<<The point of no return>>>>>>>>>

Level six: Respiratory failure, comatose, blood pressure crash, cardiac function cease, death...
