It is entirely possible that switching from one opiate to another (especially when you switch "across classes" of opioids - that is, from phenanthrenes like morphine/oxycodone to totally synthetic opioids like fentanyl) you'll feel "different" or "not right". Most of it is psychological but some part of it may be related to the fgact that the opioid conversion charts are a general reference only. Some people respond differently than others to e.g. synthetic opioids - that is, there are some individuals that find that fentanyl is much stronger than it "should" be or conversely that they need more of it than prescribed to reach true equivalency with their previous opiate drugs.It is entirely normal that switching from a high power opioid like transdermal fentanyl to oral Opana would cause mild withdrawal. You'll feel better once you raise your dose and your body re-adjusts though.
