Meth Questions for anyone experienced with Serotonin Syndrome

I looked through and searched everything about Seretonin Syndrome and couldn't find anything giving an explanation the feeling. I am currently trying to cut back and possibly taper from my recent stint doing Methamphetamine.
I've never actually gone daily for months with the amounts that I have been doing before. for reference I've been iv dosing 2 - 3 times a day and I have had some bad days where I ended up going 5 - 6. I initially was concerned about having
a possible psychosis from quitting. I've had brain zaps before many times, pretty casual. It is weird but it's not that debilitating.

The other day I passed out hardcore and slept for a long time and then had to go to work. This was the first time I had been over 24 hours with nothing in my system. I was laying in bed trying to just like idk chill. I got
a major feeling of dysphoria and I felt like insane energy flow through me and my ears started ringing. It was like an electric pressure going through my arms and legs and I felt like if I did not stand up immediately I was going to die from something.
my heart was also was kind of palpitating while this was happening. This happened again when I was getting off work which is terrifying, I can't lose my job right now I would be screwed.

Idk if this is actually Serotonin Syndrome or not but I want to know if there is way to possibly to treat it or deal with it. I'm aware it all could be in the head obviously. I was able to de focus from it and kind of make it go away.
This feels pretty real though, I have never experienced this before.

So if anyone has anyone else has experienced Serotonin Syndrome or had effects like this coming off of Meth I would appreciate input.

Hope everyone is doing well . ✌️

Sounds to me like SSRI withdrawal syndrome. Can happen with habitual use of serotonergic drugs which methamphetamine does have serotonergic activity so abuse could likely trigger this
It's not like that bad right? I imagine I can just raw dawg it I've dealt with worse. I'm going to continue trying to taper as well and maybe take off of work when I go full off.
As long as I don't have a seizure in public I'll be good.

Appereciate the input.

I've been getting panic attacks this week. I took tramadol and a supplement with ashwaganda, not realizing it can cause serotonin syndrome. I know I've done this before without issues which is why I didn't know it was dangerous. But I started feeling very weird after I did this. I had hot flashes, lights were bright, slightly blurry vision. Its now been almost 24 hours. I had a temp of 99 but its dropped to 98 today. Do I need to go to hospital or will it go away? Can I take other opiates so I don't go into withdrawal? Or do all opiates effect serotonin to some degree. How long will this last amd when is it safe to take another opiate? I know some of the hot flashes now are probably withdrawal. I usually take oxy but was trying to cut back by using some tramadol I had. I'm definitely not going to take tramadol for a long time.
