Opioids Questions about IV Heroin

So I've been... I guess you could say experimenting? Maybe using? Trying to use would probably be the best way to explain it, heroin for about the last two months or so. I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong in preparing it for IV use, because I don't feel anything with it (not even a train) and I've got trains with Opana, hydromorphone, morphine, and even Roxycodone. I get the high feeling from those, but barely with the heroin. I've gotten it in powder, rock, and tar, with the rock I crush it into powder (and then do the same thing when I have powder) put it into a spoon, add water, stir real good, put my filter in, pull it up, and then inject. With the tar, similar but I heat it up to melt the tar.

Am I doing something wrong? Adding too much water? Or is my tolerance higher and I would have to do more?
