hello, I was wondering if focalin affects those with ADHD differently. I took 45(I think) mg and I don't feel anything except a bit of a faster heart beat and restlessness. I don't think I have a tolerance to it but would I need to take more since I have ADHD? (edit: it has occurred to me that this was probably just the medicine working as intended, I'm used to being shaky n stuff since I usually take stimulants with other stimulants, mainly caffeine)
I was also wondering that since focalin is basically stronger methylphenidate if I could treat them the same as long as I adjust the dosage? (sorry if this is hard to understand idk how else to word it)
