Question regarding seroquel (quetiapine) and receptors

Hi

I know that seroquel (quetiapine) acts on different receptors at different doses, but please can someone tell me what receptors it acts on at 25mg.

I am tapering from 25mg of quetiapine, and I am hoping it only acts on histamine receptors, but am not sure it is also acts on serotonin receptors.

If it only acts on histamine receptors, tapering should be easy but I fear depression if it acts on serotonin.
