Question for the Pill Smokers

I've just spent a great deal of my day today smoking pills (both through bongs and by 'chasing the dragon').
Right from almost my first inhale my lungs really started to feel sore and tired. My heart area felt the same way. I seem to get this almost every time I smoke the shit...
Does anyone else get that feeling when smoking mdma? Am I seriously fucking myself up?

Update: It's now 5:20am Monday morning and my heart/lung area is still really sore, kind of like I've got a 'stitch', but all across my chest.
Maybe I should see a see a doctor...or even better maybe I should go and catch the end of Pleazure...

we talking about smoking crushed pills? not such a hot idea... its the binding agents that will fuck you up more than any active ingredients... best to stick to smoking powder unless you could be bothered trying to seperate out the MDMA , good luck
