Question about yohimbine and rhodiola before MDMA

Hi guys,

How long before i should stop taking rhodiola rosea when taking M? I heard at least 1 day

I can only find info on NOT taking yohimbe with MDMA but it doesnt say how long before i should stop..
If anyone knows i would appreciate it
