Question about Vivatrol shot

I'm addicted to opiates and I have been wanting to quit for a long time. I've been on suboxone for a few months but relapsed to percs a few times. I wish I didn't have to rely on other drugs. The withdrawal is absolutely terrible for me. My question about the vivatrol shot is do I have to be clean when I get the shot? That would mean nothing for 3 days and I would be sick af. If anyone with personal use or info could let me know how it helps you and does it stop the withdrawal you're experiencing as soon as u take it like subs do?. Also can you just take it once and be okay no withdrawals when it wears off?

I don't know anything about this besides that the Situation from jersey shore got it on the show and claimed it hurt a lot - he even limped for days (but he is a premadonna).

Yes you should be cleanfor AT LEAST 3 days. I have gotton the shot same day as using before and literally the worst pain ive ever experienced in my life. My suggestion is ger out of town for 3 days and get it over with andget the shot. Its worth it.
