Today at around 6pm I tried the pre work out supplement "BPM Labs The One" before I went to the gym.

Ingredients list:
- Beta-Alanine
- Creatine Monohydrate
- Creatine Malate
- Creatine Ethyl Ester
- L-Arginine Malate
- L-Arginine AKG
- Methyl-Xanthine Anhydrous
- Methylsynephrine, R-Beta-Methylphenylethylamine
- B-Phenylethylamine
- N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine
- Beta-Methylphenylethylamine HCI

- Xantheose
- Narigen
- Niacin

I recently returned from Phuket where I bought some tramadol, which I use from time to time (recreational and medicinal).

I know tramadol interacts with many other substances/medications, so I've only ever mixed it with cannabis, phenibut and small doses of codeine.

The current time is 10:50pm and I'd like to take about 200 to about 250mgs of tramadol spaced over the next 2 hours.....I'm not worried about the other ingredients except for the ones (stimulants) in bold.

Will taking that amount of tramadol interact negatively with the bold ingredients?

Thanks.

can't say for sure, but I can tell you my wife takes Tramadol daily for a torn Labrium (shoulder) and she is also a gym rat who takes all sorts of preworkout stimulants. seems to work fine for her.

Thanks for the reply donkeyPUNCH.

Do you by any chance know the names of any of the preworkout supplements she takes?

I'll just google the ingredients.

Ouch, did she tear it during bench press?

Mixing "uppers" with "downers"(laymen terms) can have a WIDE range of effects. There are soooo many factors to take into consideration, such as body weight, past drug experiences and tolerance levels, etc. etc. etc. And even if you take into consideration ALL of the possible variables, everyone is different and anyone can have completely different reactions/effects when taking the same mixture/cocktail of drugs that they have taken previously. So, knowing this, it's extremely difficult to tell you with ANY degree of certainty if you will respond negatively to taking tramadol along with those particular stimulants(not to mention all the other drugs/substances you listed). It's especially difficult as well given that you are asking for this advice over the internet.
I'm not trying to say that you shouldn't have made that post and asked that question... I'm simply making sure that you understand the difficulty in trying to predict how your body/mind will respond in this particular circumstance, so any answers/advice you do get here on BL should be taken with a grain of salt, so to speak.
Other than that, all I have to say is just make sure you are very careful dosing with tramadol, as it is known to cause seizures, usually in higher/recreational doses. Please be careful.

probably. Tramadol is a SNRI and it doesn't play well with amphetamine type stuff, it can cause or exacerbate anxiety.

Beta methyl phenethylamine is like a dirty analog of amphetamine; it is really closer to ephedrine in that it primarily releases norepinephrine. Which is a known causative agent of anxiety...

I'd be prepared for unpleasant interactions. It won't kill you but amphetamine usually will stick around in your body for at least 12 hours because they are so fat soluble.

Thanks you for replying. I had a feeling it wouldn't be a good idea so I decided abstain..Until today I'm feeling quite good atm.

Tramadol doesn't play well with many things.

@jamesbrown I'm well aware that it would be difficult to determine, but I gave the ingredients list because I was sure somebody would be aware of a negative interaction.

I already had a feeling it wasn't the best idea I just wanted to make sure.

Thanks for the replies
