OK, lets say for some reason I get banned. Then while I am banned, I die. Do I still get to go in the shrine?

I dont think theres any set rules on this one way or another, but I would imagine so, yes. You (personal 'you', you TALLY) have been here for a long time and have a lot of friends (along with all those enemies 
) that you have made here. I cant say for 100% certainty, but if I were to take an educated guess I would say yes, I think you would. Hopefully we wont ever have to find this out though 
If it were a lesser known BLr then I dont know. I dont mean that our newer or lesser known members arent as important, because they are, but there is just a good chance that we would have no way of finding out such information.
