question about steroids after drug damage

A "friend" of mine gave me weed laced with some unknown chemical that gave me severe anxiety (for about 6 hours), panic attack and afterwards i noticed by digestive system was slowed down, i felt cold.

I was wondering if there were any steroids that would help make my immune/digestive system work properly again.
