I don't really understand your question. What is 20mg the dosage of? I'm assuming DXM. I am unaware of any negative interactions between DXM and baclofen, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any.

If you are taking DXM then make sure that the product you are using contains only DXM and not other ingredients like chlorpheniramine maleate and guaifenesin.
If you have not already done so, I suggest reading up on DXM by typing in 'dextromethorphan' into the keyword section of the search engine.

I'm not too sure about baclofen, but I had a horrible reaction to DXM + phenibut. Uncontrollabe muscle twitching, unable to speak, nauseous, freezing cold curled in fetal position type bad. The doses were ~4gm phenibut & 300mg mxe, neither of which on its own caused negative reactions. Phenibut does have some effects that baclofen lacks. If you must try it, tread lightly.

Both baclofen and DXM can cause hypertension, so that might be an issue. I found one report that strongly advised against the combo, and one that found it desirable, so if you do want to try it I'd keep the doses conservative for both substances.
