I just started messing around with pain pills a couple years ago. Never went on many binges. However due to an easy source of hydro 10;s I've gotten quite a taste for them. At 1st I would not have any withdrawls but now its like I do after only a week or so. I use on average 50 mgs a day. I don't get sick but do feel kinda like I have the flu. Also I get the worst joint pain in my legs and back.....

Is what I said above common? Just curious. I"m giving em up anyways. I"ve got 3 1/2 blue tens left and are going to try and save them to "step" down with. Maybe will lessen the muscle pain.

Thanks in advance for all advice.

Yes, flu-like symptoms are extremely common when it comes to opiate withdrawal. You're right to stop now though before the addiction gets any worse. The worst of the withdrawal should be over with in a matter of days, just hang in there.

And of course on the day I decided to stop, A friendly pill person comes through. I haven't had a roxy in a while.mhmmmm. :-)

your brain will do what ever it can to you to trigger you to use drugs. I will make you feel pain you don't have to trick you into using drugs... you have to except it and wait for the WD to stop it takes months if not years to fully get over drugs ... 2 years along for the brain to return to normal a couple of months for the WD to end

Be careful. You were taking hydro and gonna jump up to roxy? Last time someone gave me a 30, it made me vomit for hours.

My tolerance to opiates is nil but it's a good thing. You made a decision to get off these pills for a reason.
