Question about methadone dose and codeine

First About my tolerance. I was addicted to strictly IV opiates for years. But I have very rarely used opiates for the past several months. It seems though that i have a somewhat permanent opiate tolerance. Two weeks ago I took 60 mg hydrocodone and only got a small buzz. Last Friday I IVd 1 bag of heroin and was completely smashed. Constant puking for hours.
My question is based on my tolerance, will I get good effects from 20mg of methadone? I also will be taking some codeine cough syrup. My guess is it contains 60-150mg. What effects should I expect with this combo?
I am also going to try potentiating it.
I plan on taking tums, 60mg of DXM, and some chlorpheniramine maleate.
If using these potentaters will I be able to experience any desirable effects?

You want to mix too many drugs at once, all of them being CNS depressants, it's dangerous even if doses are low. Chlorpheniramine does potentiate opioids, but it's a dull drowsy antihistamine and will make opioids dull as well, and methadone is a dull opioid anyway. If I were you, I'd just take 20mg of methadone with 150mg of codeine OR 30mg of DXM. Taking all those drugs together isn't really worth a dirty high you will likely get.

Have you done methadone before? That's a huge factor. If you haven't , start with 10, not 20.
I agree with adder, I think you're gonna mud up your high with DXM.
A fuck ton of freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice an hour or 2 before dosing does the trick for me as for as boosting an opiate high without adding other drugs to the mix .

also a big thing with methadone is the late kick. It can take 1-2 even 3 hours to really get the full effect , so people fuck up and think its not working so they pile more shit on top of it, or take MORE methadone and they OD. Wait a few hours for safety sake before you make further dosing decisions.
